Yuvraj the Golden Arm

Posted in cricket

Indian cricket haven’t produced an all rounder after the great Kapil Dev. When Indian team was completely depended on Sachin and Sourav we got two genuine middle order batsmen who are too quick at fielding and they are none other than Mohammed Kaif and Yuvraj Singh. Both were brilliant in the field and their appearance boosted the Indian line up and they have proved when they had won the Natwest series against England. But Kaif unfortunately lost his place in the Indian side but Yuvi have now become a solid middle order batsman for India. Apart from batting and fielding he also shown his bowling skills and now he emerged as the vice captain for the Indian cricket team. His bowling averages are good and he is one among the top ten batsmen in the world. He has lot of records under his belt and the best one was his six sixes in the ICC T20 world cup. After that he became a very dangerous batsman for any bowling attack and he evoke as an all rounder and his presence in the team is always a plus. Whenever the regular bowlers are punished, he will give a breakthrough and that’s why he has a name “Golden Arm”.
