This is my own experience in my company during our first anniversary we played lot of fun activity and we enjoyed to the core. Everyone got gifts and titles and we all together made it as a wonder full blast. All we did is 15 days prior to the anniversary we 3 pals sat and planned what all should be done how to make every individual involve in the activity. We listed few activities in which every one can take part.

• We made clue chits and we made people to sit three in a group and we gave chits to every individual and we asked them to not to communicate between each other but they can use sign language to share their clues.
• We 30 in our team we nominated 30 titles and we asked everyone to vote for the titles. But that nomination person cant nominate himself/herself in the nomination list.
• we arranged food form outside hotel.

We decorated our bay with glitter papers, ribbon, charts and color balloons. We invited our senior management for the function and we celebrated by cake cutting.
